Fair Rising is a classic Georgian colonial estate, located in the charming New England village of Sharon, Connecticut.  Its five gracious bedrooms can accommodate 10 to 12 guests on “heavenly beds.”   Two or three bedroom suites for B & B, or rental of the house with all five bedrooms.

Fair Rising is easily reached by car or train from New York City with train pick up available. It is 1 mile from the Sharon town green on a quiet dirt road, secluded on 26 acres of gardens, meadows, and woods. Completely renovated in 2012, the house is elegantly furnished with many antiques, yet with fully modern equipment. Special features, a soaking tub, and a ping pong table.

Sharon is 15 minutes from the Wassaic stop on the Harlem Valley line of Metro-North Railroad – a 2.5-hour ride from New York City. By car, it is 2 hours from NYC and under 3 hours from Boston.
